All non-perishable items and gift items ship via UPS/USPS/Fedex. Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight and package size.

Damaged Goods

Should your shipment arrive damaged in any way, please take pictures of both the packaging/box and all damaged products as soon as you receive them and email me at [email protected] immediately. Please include in the email your order number, proper contact information, and all images. I will follow up ASAP!

Lost or Stolen Shipments

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Keep an eye out for your garlic goodies.

Delayed Shipments

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates. Once orders leave, UPS/USPS transit delays may occur due to unexpected scenarios such as weather. I always suggest ordering in advance for special occasions.

Missed Deliveries

It is the responsibility of our customers to be available for receipt of goods ordered. If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, Dragonfly Hill Farm is not responsible for any damaged/lost or stolen product.

Gift Shipments

For customers ordering gifts, I strongly encourage you to contact the recipient of your gift and make them aware of the shipment date. Should your recipient refuse delivery of the shipment, it will be returned to me by UPS/Fedex. You will then need to place, and pay, for a new order as replacement.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging and be returned within 30 days of purchase. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at [email protected]. Once your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include pictures of damages. This will allow me to evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the return process listed above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
