The Biggest obstacle in starting a food business is the high cost of setting up a commercial or commissary kitchen. The Dragonfly Hill Farm and Kitchen can be a resource to help start-up and existing food entrepreneurs overcome this obstacle and provide a cost-effective resource for rental space. We provide an affordable, fully outfitted, licensed, insured, and shared-use commercial kitchen.
The goal of most food entrepreneurs is to venture out into their own brick and mortar establishment. By renting a commercial kitchen first, it allows for an entrepreneur to test their products, create a following, and to save money to reach their ultimate goal.
The Kitchen
Set-Up
The kitchen is split into 2 separate pods. It is our intention that two teams or entities work in the space at any one time.
When you schedule your time, you will reserve one pod and also identify any additional equipment you will need to access during your time. Take a look at our pods below.
